Answer: The Idea Spa’s objective is to engage in insightful discussions with individuals and groups in order to help them find a clear path to a calm and more joyful state of mind.

Answer: Our hope is our blogs stimulate the thinking of our readers and bring some clarity to those in search of direction.

Our Wine, Cheese & Idea Spa Small Group events are a combination of social engagement and networking along with a 90-minute presentation and discussion on ways to increase your level of happiness, followed by a short meditation. It’s a great opportunity to learn and share the various ways to improve life and reach your full potential while enjoying some delicious refreshments.

During our one-on-one Idea Spa sessions, clients are invited to discuss anything and everything they choose without any concern of being judged or criticized. They can expect an insightful discussion with an exchange of different perspectives that we hope will be the start to a happier day, month, year and lifetime.

Motivational presentations are also available for company employee gatherings and other group events.

Question: Where are the sessions held?

Answer: The small group events and one-on-one sessions are usually held in our home office. Individual sessions can also be conducted over the phone. We also conduct employee group events at the company.

Question: How long is a session?

Answer: Typically, a Wine, Cheese & Idea Spa group event is around two hours, one-on-one sessions last around one hour.

Question: What do you charge for this service?

Answer: Group events are $50 per person and one-on-one sessions are $100. For employee group presentations call for details.
