Isn’t “The Joy of Living” something we all strive for? I know I do. What could be better than to look forward to each day of your lives with excited anticipation and joy and then go out and live it?

But, how do we get there? Make a conscientious decision to practice focusing on all the positives in your life. It’s a choice we all can make. Choose not to allow yourself to get bogged down with problems, disagreements or disappointments. Spend far less time being judgmental and a lot more time thinking of how to be kind and how to contribute to the happiness of others. Give thanks and show appreciation for your good health, your family, your friends, your good luck, your sharp mind and all the things and people who make you laugh. Focus on your imagination, your desires and your expectations without putting limits on your thoughts. When you do this, it doesn’t leave much room for negativity, does it?

What you focus on, you attract. Might as well focus on the Joy of Living!
